I have been using Precision for 2 years now. Their service is very customer friendly, any issues I have had with my car where resolved quickly and permanently, and their prices are more then fair. They are reliable and honest. I would highly recommend them. Pros: knowledgeable staff, friendly customer service Cons: the location is by a busy road, so it is easy to drive past the entrance. I live quite a distance from Precision Transmissions; however, distance is not a substitute for quality. Also, I have discovered that being a female and having a car often meets with the practice to mislead for financial gain. Not in this case, NOT PRECISION TRANSMISSIONS!!! Their professional conduct and expertise was just what I needed and much much more.

Precision Transmissions rocks. They do fantastic work, are really nice, and take the time to explain to you exactly what’s wrong with your car and how they plan to address it. They’re flexible, affordable, and most importantly, honest. It’s a pleasure to bring my car there. I’d highly recommend them – they’re the best shop I’ve been to in the 10 years I’ve had a car in NYC.
they do fantastic work did my 91 crx car looks like a 2010 honda. treated my car like it was there own. superb bodywork. bodykit matched up with all lines to look like factory . theres nothing i can say to explain the hard work and trust that they have with ur vehicle. will recommend everyone there for body work and trans. work. the best.
i will never go anywhere else, and i intend to tell everyone i know to bring their cars to precision as well. the guys all treated me and my car with such warmth and respect, and they went out of their way to insure the experience was a positive one. really above and beyond. nice people make life so much better! i’m sold.
I have a 2004 Toyota Prius which I had to bring to a Toyota dealership because of a Floor Mat Recall.
As per Toyota’s instuctions I brought the car to a Brooklyn dealership for the Floor Mat Recall which they corrected but was also told that I needed major repair work to replace the Water Pump plus “other problems” they claimed I had. I decided rather then trust them I took my car to Precision Transmission where they inspected it and found nothing wrong that need repairs. Precision save me a chunck of money and made me realize to not trust dealerships for service. Also, I’ve been using Precision since I bought the car, for the past 5 years and have always been more than satisfied with their service all around.

I had a feneder bender that destroy the side of my new BMW. They took care of my vehicle talk to the insurrance and fix my car as good as new. Not even the BMW dealer believes the quality of work done to my car.

About 4 years ago, I took my car to a Midas shop to get brakes put on my car when the check engine light came on, and the owner of the Midas shop told me he takes his car to Percision Transmission for all his car concerns; so I took his advise and went to Percision, that was the best advise I have EVER taken. I Have Never BeenSo Satified WithThe Service, Professionalism, and Care that I have received from the Entire staff at Percision. I would reccomend Percision Transmission to anyone who want honest quality care for their car.
